Ronald W. Frank is a partner of Blank Rome, LLP, where he specializes in cases involving energy, financial services, public companies and private equity. He also offers his services in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, finance, policy and political law, white collar defense and investigation, as well as international litigation, defense and arbitration. Mr. Frank began building over 40 years of industry experience in 1972, when he first became a partner with Buchanan Ingersoll. He dedicated two decades to the Pittsburgh-based law firm before moving on to Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir, P.C. In 2000, Mr. Frank joined Reed Smith LLP, and in 2016 he assumed his current position with Blank Rome.

A prestigious career is built on a pristine academic foundation. Mr. Frank earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and was admitted to practice in the state of Pennsylvania upon earning a Juris Doctor from Duke University in 1972. He is also admitted to practice through the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Pennsylvania, and is affiliated with such luminary groups as the American Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Duquesne Club, and Shannopin Country Club. Mr. Frank currently serves as the chairman of the International and Comparative Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

In honor of his professional accomplishments, Mr. Frank has been recognized with inclusion in several Marquis Who’s Who publications, including Who’s Who in Finance and Business, Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Law, Who’s Who in the East, Who’s Who in the World, and Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders in America.
