Supported by more than 20 years of professional excellence, Adam Humbarger is the president and chief executive officer of Top Coat LLC. Established in 2019, Top Coat LLC provides powder coating services for companies that do not possess their own powder coating facilities. With significant experience in managerial positions and expertise in powder coatings, Mr. Humbarger is regarded widely for providing high-quality products with a quick turnaround time for his customers.
Prior to establishing his own business, Mr. Humbarger worked for EVS Ltd. in several capacities. At the inception of his professional career in 2003, he was a manager at EVS Ltd. for two years. Following this tenure, he served as a purchasing manager at Genesis Products Inc. from 2006 to 2014 and at Livin Life in 2014. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Humbarger returned to EVS Ltd. as the director of operations, remaining in this role until assuming his current position in 2019. While with EVS Ltd., Mr. Humbarger frequently traveled overseas to grow the business and expand its markets. However, desiring to be closer to his family, he decided to establish his own company to provide leading products and services and spend quality time with his children.
In accounting for his success, Mr. Humbarger credits the supportof his family, especially at the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey when their support and encouragement were instrumental. Likewise, he attributes much of his success to his customers, who have provided him with the opportunities to grow his business acumen and powder coatings. In this regard, Mr. Humbarger takes great pride in his honest and forthcoming demeanor and excellent customer service, qualities that his customers have quickly appreciated.
Drawing upon a Bachelor of Arts in management, which he obtained from Purdue University in 2003, Mr. Humbarger aims to continue growing Top Coat LLC in the coming years. To this end, he intends to drive innovation, emphasizing that Top Coat LLC is one of the few powder coating businesses capable of powder coating MDF and wood substrates. Notably, Mr. Humbarger would like to expand within the residential sector by targeting cabinet manufacturers and is committed to growing his workforce with a steadfast commitment to the well-being of his employees.
