Noah Rosales is distinguished in the fields of military service and nonprofit management. Drawing upon more than 25 years of professional expertise, he is recognized as the founder, owner and chief executive officer of ACD Direct in Farmington, Utah. Developing ACD Direct in 2003 during his tenure in the United States Air Force, he has held multiple roles within the organization, including vice president of operations and senior vice president. Notably, ACD Direct is a leading BPO specializing in nonprofit organizations. Equipped with a team of 120 employees and approximately 1,000 agents nationwide, it manages calls for such nonprofits as St Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Make-A-Wish Foundation, as well as television donation solicitations.

Impressively, Mr. Rosales founded ACD Direct with an initial investment of $16,000, and the company has thrived under Mr. Rosales’ astute leadership. The company is dedicated to listening, engaging and collaborating with partners to meet their needs effectively. As such, it continually strives to create innovative contact solutions that enhance and optimize its clients’ fundraising efforts and business performance. As part of his routine responsibilities, Mr. Rosales acts as the company visionary, overseeing the EOS process and establishing strong relationships with partners and potential clients. Concurrently, Mr. Rosales has also owned TripX since 2021.

Highly educated, Mr. Rosales received dual associate degrees in hydraulics, fluid power technology, transportation and mobility management from the Community College of the Air Force in 2010. He is also certified in computer telephony integration. Previously serving in the Air Force for 22 years, he completed five deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq and Operation Desert Storm. Mr. Rosales retired from the military at the rank of senior master sergeant.

In accounting for his success, Mr. Rosales credits his diligent work ethic and sense of determination. Although he has experienced a plethora of career achievements, he is especially proud of working with 270 nonprofit organizations across the United States and collecting $1.4 billion in donations since the inception of ACD Direct. Looking toward the future, he aims to reach $59 million in revenue before stepping down to pursue new ventures.
