Leveraging over 20 years of professional experience, Scott A. Thompson is a proven expert in the field of energy administration. Since 2022, he has excelled as the geomarket manager at MidCentral Energy Partners, where he specializes in fracking and well services and maintains responsibility for local client relations, truck and personnel logistics, and crew member training. Earlier, Mr. Thompson served at MidCentral Energy Partners as a service supervisor and was promoted to Northeast regional manager, having initially joined the asset performance management business in 2019.

Prior to taking on his more recent roles, Mr. Thompson served as a field service supervisor at Universal Pressure Pumping, Inc., between 2012 and 2019 and as a service supervisor for Schlumberger between 2005 and 2012. In the earliest stages of his career, he was a factory worker for many years, having lent his expertise to woodworking and tire steel belt manufacturing.

Mr. Thompson also holds numerous academic credentials from Harvard Business School Online, beginning in 2021 with a Credential of Readiness. He subsequently earned a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy, a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy and a Certificate of Specialization in Strategy, all in 2022. Previously, he completed coursework in biology at Arkansas State University.

Notably, Mr. Thompson is particularly gratified by his career success, having thrived in a myriad of management roles without completing a formal college degree. He has attributed his success to his commitment to self-improvement and his ability to lead his team to perform at their best. In the coming years, Mr. Thompson would like to continue excelling in his field, having developed a keen interest in mentoring like-minded individuals. Additionally, he aims to progress to a senior management position and look into consulting work.
