Drawing upon over 20 years of professional experience in construction, Dustin M. Niemeier has excelled as a structural steel welder and a production wire feed welder for the company Case and New Holland Industrial Benson since 2004. As an extension of his career, he has also served on the company’s safety committee. Prior to commencing his current positions, he served in the structural steel industry for four fruitful years and earned an associate degree in drafting and design from Ridgewater College in 2000.

In the coming years, Mr. Niemeier intends to continue growing upon his breadth of knowledge to ensure that he is well-rounded in the field. Additionally, he would like to expand upon his expertise by learning supplemental techniques, such as tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding. He has always thoroughly enjoyed learning new skills in his industry. Furthermore, he is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society in his spare time.

In accounting for his success, Mr. Niemeier credits the quality of the products created by Case and New Holland Industrial Benson and their superior customer service. He is also proud of his own dedication to his job and his determination to continue pressing forward. He is especially gratified by his longevity in his career, which reflects his excellence in the industry and his safety record in welding. To this end, he is grateful that he has never sustained any injuries on the job.
