Since 2011, Sanghyun Park has excelled as a management consultant for the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation in Seoul City, South Korea. In his position, he has notably created more than 3,000 management consulting reports for self-employed businesses and other small and medium businesses. Prior to his current endeavor, he served such companies as JMI Co., Ltd., from 2003 to 2010, Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., from 1990 to 2001 and Hansol LCD Co., Ltd., from 1987 to 1990. During his tenures, he has also contributed his expertise to Korea Marvel Co., Ltd., Samsung Kloeckner Co., Ltd., Sehyun Information, Jeong Moon Information Co., Ltd., Elphis Co., Ltd., JMI SK s.r.o., and Pishonsys Co., Ltd. Overall, he has accrued nearly 35 years of eminent experience within the field of management consulting.
Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Park is notable for providing consulting services for various organizations and government entities, such as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the Small Enterprise and Market Service, the Korea Institute for the Advancement of Technology, the Korea Institute of Marine Science and Technology Promotion, and the Foundation of Agricultural Technology Commercialization and Transfer.
Likewise, he has lent his considerable expertise to the Korea Creative Content Agency, the Korea Strategic Trade Institute, the Disabled Enterprise Business Center, the Korea Institute of Startup and Entrepreneurship Development, and the Korea Management and Technology Consultant Association, among others.
Mr. Park has been the recipient of myriad certifications, including as a certified management consultant in financial management and an administrator of small and medium business administration by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and by the Korea Management and Technology Consultant Association in 2007, a small and medium sized enterprises financial advisor by the Korea Banking Institute in 2014, an ISO 9001/14001 auditor through RAB QSA International in 2011, and an industrial security expert by the Korea Association of Industrial Technology Security in 2011. Earlier, he was recognized as an ERP Master by the Korea Productivity Center in 2010, and an ERP information manager in accounting, human resources management, production and logistics by the Korea Productivity Center in 2006.
To prepare for his lauded career, Mr. Park received a bachelor’s degree in Korean history from Kookmin University in 1987, followed by an additional bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both from the National Institute for Lifelong Education in 2009 and 2010, respectively. He graduated from Kyungdong High School in 1980.
