The recipient of a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Washington University in St. Louis in 1985, Mr. Jones has shared his breadth of knowledge to various professional publications, including authoring “The Legal Implications of Construction Scheduling for Owners, Contractors and Subcontractors” and “Construction Contract Changes” through Lorman Education Services in 2004 and 2005, respectively. He is admitted to practice law in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
