In total, Ms. Farris has amassed nearly 15 years of experience in the flooring industry during which time she has developed a vast amount of experience in construction, distribution channel analysis, marketing, technology research and new product development. She attributes her success to the relationships she has built over the years. “We wouldn’t be where we are today without them,” she says, reflecting on her early years in business. An incredibly talented woman who works harder each day than the day before, Ms. Farris has been honored on many occasions for her accomplishments. Ms. Farris has been treasurer of the Metrolina Minority Contractors Association since 2008, a member of the Small Business Advisory Board for Central Piedmont Community College since 2016, and a Bank of America Trainer for DNC Stadium Volunteers since 2012.
