Enjoying business from a formative age, Robert Kam Kamerschen was introduced to the world of business by his father, who taught him to focus on sales first. Since that time, Mr. Kamerschen has learned to appreciate the diversity of a challenge and believes in solving problems before moving on to the next challenge. At the inception of his career in 1958, he served as an executive sales trainee for the National Cash Register before becoming a management trainee for FcB Worldwide, Inc., until 1960. Hired by the Scott Paper Company soon thereafter, he was the director of consumer marketing for nine fruitful years before being promoted to vice president of marketing for Revlon, Inc., until 1973.

During his career in business, Mr. Kamerschen held several executive roles with increasing responsibility for such corporations as Dunkin Donuts, Inc., Christian Dior Parfums, Max Factor & Co., Norton Simon, Inc., the Marketing Corporation of America and RKO/Six Flags Entertainment, Inc., where he notably served as president and chief executive officer of the Wesray Capital Corporation for one year. Moving on to serve as chairman and chief executive officer of ADVO, Inc., from 1988 to 1999, Mr. Kamerschen cites his tenure at the company as a highlight of his career. During his time spent there, he succeeded in bringing the company back from bankruptcy in three phases.

During the latter stages of his career, Mr. Kamerschen served DIMAC Marketing Corporation as chief executive officer and Survey Sampling International as chairman. Since 2002, he has been a private investor of strategic advancement for DIMAC Marketing Corporation, having also recently become the chairman and co-owner of Healtheo360 LLC.

Alongside his primary responsibilities, Mr. Kamerschen is a past lecturer at the College of Business Administration at the University of Georgia. He has served on 21 public boards and 32 private boards during his business career, and has been a guest lecturer at various universities. A distinguished practitioner of Miami University in Ohio, he has also been affiliated with various trade associations and was an executive-inresidency of the Business Advisory Council.

Outside of his professional career, Mr. Kamerschen believes in the importance of the balance of mind and body, which was derived from ancient Greek philosophy. He enjoys exercising and staying in shape, working with a fitness trainer and also participating in various sports. Happily married to his wife Judith A. Campbell since 1958, he is the proud father of three children: Kathryn, Carol and Jean. He is also the doting grandfather to five grandchildren. In his spare time, he is an art enthusiast and enjoys wine collecting.
