Arthur C. Silverman, Esq., is a prominent attorney who has amassed six decades of professional experience in his area of expertise. Recently hired as the head of the Building Construction Group at Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2018, he focuses his practice on contract negotiation and drafting for complex projects; construction management, general contractor and design-build agreements; trade contracts; design team agreements; and general conditions, including Division 1 specifications. In addition, he is profoundly experienced in distressed property workouts, and has litigated, written and lectured on creditors’ rights.
Notably, Mr. Silverman has worked as construction counsel for a variety of esteemed owners and developers, including the September 11 World Trade Center Memorial and Museum, JetBlue Terminal at John F. Kennedy Airport, the Harlem campus for the Hunter College School of Social Work of the City University of New York, City Point in Brooklyn, and the Barbara Walters Campus Center at Sarah Lawrence College, among others. In addition, he is renowned for serving as a non-lawyer project executive on a volunteer basis for owners on three nonprofit complex buildings on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, which received national architectural acclaim.

He attributes his immense success to his passion for construction and law and his affinity for the construction and design process since his early high school years.
