An esteemed figure in the legal industry, Judge Gregory L. Waller has accrued more than 40 years of professional excellence in his fields of expertise. Prior to his retirement in 2015, Mr. Waller served as a judge for the 18th Judicial District in Kansas, initially appointed in 1993. Prior to this appointment, he formerly held the position of assistant attorney for the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office from 1975 to 1993, as well as an attorney with Hayes and Waller from 1972 to 1975.

To prepare for his lauded career, Mr. Waller sought out a formal education, earning a Bachelor of Arts in political science and history and Doctor of Jurisprudence from Washburn University in Topeka, Kan. In recognition of his exceptional contributions to the field of law, he was presented with the President’s Award from the Wichita Bar Association in 2006, as well as a Diversity Award by the Kansas Bar Association in 2015.  Praised for his professionalism, diligence, code of ethics, and diverse knowledge of the law, Mr. Waller has been commended by local attorneys.
