Brad W. Reiser draws upon more than 20 years of professional experience in the fields of sustainable packaging, warehousing and logistics. Since 2022, he has served as the general manager of Packaging Systems of Wisconsin in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. In his leadership position, Mr. Reiser maintains responsibility for transitioning management to sustainable packaging, as well as handling networking and public relations and building the company’s brand.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Reiser served with Nilfisk between 2011 and 2021. Initially hired as a supply chain project manager, he transitioned to the role of sales and operations manager in 2012, remaining in this capacity until 2018. Thereafter, he worked as the global packaging engineer from 2018 to 2020 and the warehouse manager and shipping and packaging manager in 2021. Previously, Mr. Reiser was a supply chain analyst at 3M from 2009 to 2011 and an RFID packaging engineer at Kimberly-Clark from 2006 to 2007. Punctuating these appointments, Mr. Reiser sought higher education at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, earning a Bachelor of Science in packaging and a Master of Science in technology management, with a focus on supply chain management.
Certified in RFID+ by CompTIA, Mr. Reiser has been instrumental in his industry for promoting sustainability. Over the past few years, he has facilitated the transition of two manufacturers in Wisconsin to biodegradable products, successfully diverting over 40,000 pounds of virgin plastic from the waste stream. Likewise, he reduced freight damage at Packaging Systems of Wisconsin from 1% to one in every 500 units sold.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Reiser maintains dedication to his community as a member of the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council. A member of the Institute of Packaging Professionals, he has further served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters WI Shoreline Inc. and is a campaign engagement committee member for the United Way of Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. Moreover, Mr. Reiser was an ambassador for Guild Incorporated in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Looking forward, Mr. Reister aims to focus his efforts on environmental sustainability, encouraging more manufacturers to consider their carbon footprint and product lifecycle by focusing on sustainable practices.
