A specialist in marketing, communications and design, Nicolas Hausman has accrued over 15 years of experience in his chosen profession. Since 2021, he has served as the marketing leader for Hargrove Engineers & Constructors. Earlier in his career, he was a digital marketing manager at BBB Industries, LLC from 2017 to 2020, an adjunct professor at Lewis and Clark Community College from 2010 to 2020, and a design consultant at Farfetched Studios from 2010 to 2019.

Additionally, Mr. Hausman served as a digital and creative design marketing manager at Eurofins Pharma Discovery Services between 2016 and 2017 and a web and interactive media marketing manager at Hunter Engineering from 2011 to 2016, where he also served as a senior web designer from 2008 to 2011. Prior to attaining his more recent roles, Mr. Hausman thrived as a video editor at Synergy Sports Technology, LLC from 2006 to 2012. He commenced his career as a web and graphic designer at ATD Tools, Inc., in 2006, serving until 2008.

Mr. Hausman draws upon a Bachelor of Arts in marketing, with a minor in digital communications, from Seton Hall University, obtaining his degree in 2006. To remain abreast of developments in his areas of expertise, he has maintained active affiliation with the Society for Marketing Professional Services. Furthermore, he has been recognized for his dedicated work ethic by being named among the 40 Under 40 by Mobile Bay Magazine in 2022, which he cites as his greatest career achievement.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Hausman intends to expand upon his role at Hargrove Engineers & Constructors, eventually obtaining a higher-level marketing position within the company. He would also like to grow its marketing and communications team.
