Possessing a formative love for automobile mechanics, Brian Vincent Monaco has been working on cars since his high school years. After graduating from high school, he decided to pursue the field professionally, noting that mechanics was a lucrative career path with much job stability and availability. In 2006, he received an associate degree in mechanic and repair from the Nashville Auto Diesel College. While attending the mechanic school, he earned the Craftsman Award for his impeccable attention to detail and natural talent in the industry.
Mr. Monaco joined the DEUTZ Corporation in 2007 as an engine technician. Remaining in that role until 2011, he was promoted to engine and production quality manager, where he served until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Mr. Monaco was a warranty process technician, followed by an additional three-year tenure as a failure analysis supervisor until 2021. Since 2021, he has excelled as a business development manager in construction, mining and regional rental.
Attributing much of his success to his innate drive to succeed and the values instilled in him by his parents while he was growing up, Mr. Monaco advises that he was taught to be independent and self-sufficient. He is also grateful for the mentorship he has received from the management team at DEUTZ Corporation, which has played a tremendous role in his success within the company. Among the many highlights of his career, he is exceptionally proud of his instrumental role in streamlining processes for the company. To this end, he reduced the time expected for a warranty claim to 30 days.
Looking toward the future, Mr. Monaco intends to continue making a difference at DEUTZ Corporation with his esteemed and prolific work. He also would like to be promoted to a senior position in the coming years. Currently, he is responsible for the mining segments of the business from Canada to South America, and he intends to invest fully in its growth.
