Weber thrives as the chief executive o fficer and lead consultant at Prima Consulting, a subsidiary of her organization, Shanna Weber Coaching LLC. Establishing Prima Consulting in 2023, Ms. Weber has aided in developing authentic leaders and cohesive teams to advance workplace engagement, productivity and communication. At the forefront of transforming leadership dynamics within a vast array of organizations, she is notable for conducting workshops and courses, team development sessions, and one-on-one instruction to share her wealth of knowledge with fellow professionals seeking to enhance workplace collaboration.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Weber served with Charles Schwab & Co. in Lone Tree, Colorado, between 2015 and 2023. Before departing from the company, she excelled as the managing director of corporate strategy from 2022 to 2023, where she played an instrumental role in shaping strategic initiatives. Likewise, from 2021 to 2022, she served as the managing director and head of retirement income, and from 2019 to 2021, she was the managing director and head of asset management, strategy and employment development. She commenced her tenure with the prominent organization as the managing director of strategy and product development from 2015 to 2019. While with Charles Schwab & Co., Ms. Weber served at the helm of e fforts to foster employee growth, and her laudable accomplishments led to her earning the prestigious Excellence in Leadership Award.
Previously, Ms. Weber served as the assistant vice president, senior director and director of product strategy and development at Janus Henderson Group Plc between 2008 and 2015. She also cultivated expertise with Voya Investment Management, where she was a product development manager from 2003 to 2008, and Ajilon Finance Solutions, where she was the sta ffing and account manager from 2002 to 2003. She commenced her career in 2000 as a financial analyst in litigation at Arthur Andersen & Co., remaining there until 2002.
With a strong foundation of guidance and encouragement, Ms. Weber attributes her success to her family, which includes her son, Ryland, and her husband, Florian, who staunchly supported Ms. Weber when she decided to depart from her corporate career to pursue her lifelong ambitions. Additionally, Ms. Weber credits her mother, Linda Anderson, who worked diligently to raise her as a single mother and instilled in her the values of perseverance and selflessness. In the coming years, Ms. Weber aims to expand the scope of Prima Consulting to support up-and-coming leaders of the next generation.
