Supported by nearly four decades of professional excellence, Maureen A. Lincoln is a notable figure in the field of engineering. Recognized as the chief executive officer of the well-regarded Kerelaw Engineering, P.C., she previously served the organization as its director of engineering and principal engineer. To wit, Kerelaw Engineering is respected in its sector for providing comprehensive product design and development services to a range of prominent clients, such as independent investors, entrepreneurs, start-up organizations and large enterprises.

Among her varying responsibilities at Kerelaw Engineering, Ms. Lincoln also engages in the mentorship of blossoming engineers, finding great joy in providing guidance to young talent in the profession. Notably, Kerelaw Engineering offers an internship program for college students to propel them forward in their careers. Earlier in her career, Ms. Lincoln served in several engineering-related roles beginning in 1988, having commenced her career as a quality engineer for the Belcher Foundry. As time progressed, she also served as a quality engineer and a design engineer for Enerpac, a senior design engineer for Texas Instruments, the president and chief executive officer of Applied Engineering Solutions Inc., and a mechanical engineering manager for Myvu Corporation. She also lent her expertise to Honeywell Industrial Safety as a senior project manager and a product development engineer, ELIA Life Technology PBC as the chief of engineering and product development, iRobot as a senior mechanical engineer, and Kimber Manufacturing Inc. as the director of product engineering.

Ms. Lincoln’s career was born from her academic journey, having first received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1987. As her career took shape, she became certified as a professional engineer by the New York State Education Department in 2017. Desiring to advance her academic credentials, she also earned a Master of Business Administration from Baruch College in 2021. She maintains professional alignment with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

As a testament to her success, Ms. Lincoln has been bestowed with numerous accolades. Most impressively, she was named among the Best of the Bronx in 2022 and 2023. Likewise, she was honored as a Woman in Engineering by Design World in 2021, having also been featured as the cover story in World Leaders Magazine in 2023. Looking toward the future, Ms. Lincoln aims to advance the scope of Kerelaw Engineering’s services, including introducing pilot production and an innovative prototyping facility.
