Since 2022, Christopher Daniel Fraley has excelled as the executive director of Shelter of Hope, Inc. Among his many responsibilities, he manages the operational aspects of the nonprofit organization, as well as lends his expertise to the organization in the areas of marketing, public relations, finance, grant writing, program development and human resources administration. He first joined Shelter of Hope, Inc., in 2021 as its first assistant director. Notably, the organization is dedicated to assisting families in need of permanent, stable housing and community resources to ensure their prosperity.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Fraley served as the chief executive officer of LVF Executive Management Group LLP and Victorian Grace Community Services. He also thrived as a residential manager at ResCare Community Living, a target case manager at Pathways, Inc., and a professional in the intellectual and developmental disabilities division of human services with Kentucky’s Supports for Community Living and Michelle P. Waivers.

To prepare for his career, Mr. Fraley received a Bachelor of Science in public health from Western Kentucky University in 2016. He subsequently completed post-baccalaureate diplomas in real estate, nonprofit management and social work at such academic institutions as Western Kentucky University, the University of London and Capella University. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public health at his alma mater. Likewise, Mr. Fraley completed the PRIME Clinic Training Program at the Yale University School of Medicine and received certification as a structured interview for psychosis-risk syndrome (SIPS) assessor in August 2020.

As a testament to his success, Mr. Fraley was honored with the Outstanding Leadership Award from the National Resident Hall Honorary and Housing and Residence Life at Western Kentucky University in 2015. He was also inducted into the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels in 2022 and was nominated for an international nonprofit organization award in 2022.

Mr. Fraley is immensely passionate about community outreach and civic advocacy and hopes to be an inspiration to his fellow community members who have faced similar challenges as he did while he was coming of age. In the coming years, he intends to continue advancing Shelter of Hope, Inc.
