Supported by over 25 years of professional experience in entrepreneurship and business management, Alana Dzurek has excelled as the founder and chief executive officer of Beverly Hills Hair Free in Dallas, Texas, since 2021. She has also served as the founder and chief executive officer of Electrology Tech since 2022. Notably, both companies are branches of her flagship location in Beverly Hills, California, which was established in 2011. Earlier in her career, Ms. Dzurek served as the founder and chief executive officer of Permanent Solutions from 1997 to 2008, located in the metropolitan area of Washington, D.C.

To prepare for her pronounced career, Ms. Dzurek first obtained an associate degree in marketing from Kingsborough Community College in 1992. She subsequently completed advanced studies in electrology and galvanic electrolysis at the Baltimore International Skin Care Institute in 1997. Following these studies, Ms. Dzurek completed a degree in business marketing at the University of Phoenix, which she obtained in 2008.

Impressively, Ms. Dzurek is a licensed electrologist and leverages her advanced education to provide innovative solutions to hair removal. To this end, she has developed, designed and produced her own signature equipment that is used throughout her businesses. To promote the edification of prospective electrologists and hair removal technicians, Ms. Dzurek recently established a training school. Among her many missions and goals, she is most passionate about inspiring and empowering women through her work.

As a testament to her success, Ms. Dzurek was named among the Top 10 Inspirational Entrepreneurs to Look Out For by Disrupt Magazine in 2021. Attributing much of her success to her passionate nature and driven attitude, she intends to commence a charitable organization or foundation in the coming years. More specifically, Ms. Dzurek aims to assist children in regaining their sense of socialization in communities.
