Real Estate

Drawing upon nearly 29 years of professional experience in real estate, Patricia “Pat” Settar has excelled as a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fox & Roach Realtors since 2008. As a longstanding member of the Harrison Township community in New Jersey, she has always leveraged a natural inclination to help others. Alongside her role in real estate, Pat also serves as chairperson of the Harrison Township Beautification Committee and a supporter of the Harrison Township Historical Society.

In light of her exceptional undertakings, Pat has been honored with a myriad of accolades. She was recognized among the Top ½% and the Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award in the BHHS Network and highlighted in Philly Magazine’s Who’s Who for Top Producers. Likewise, she has consistently received the Platinum Award from the Board of Realtor® and the Don Brogan Peer Appreciation Award – an honor of which she is most proud as she was chosen by her peers.

Impressively, Pat works alongside an all-woman team, having served as The Pat Settar Team Founder and Leader for 15 years. To this end, she is gratified by the opportunities she has been given to mentor and support all the women on her team in their real estate careers. Notably, her team has a Five-Star Rating on Zillow. Pat is bolstered by various certifications in the field, including as a Broker Associate, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®).

Outside of her primary endeavors, Pat is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Mullica Hill Women’s Tri Club and has sponsored The Harrison Township Historical Society’s publication of The Historic Properties of Mullica Hill. Looking toward the future, she intends to continue mentoring her team and remaining alongside new trends in the real estate industry.
