Ms. Stiriz-Meyers became interested in the field of cosmetology from an early age, having discovered her passion for the industry during high school. Although unemployed for five months, she conquered her tribulations and found a storefront location through which to run her business. In the forthcoming years, she intends to expand Stilla Salon Spa and Boutique to additional locations.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Stiriz-Meyers served as an independent contractor and a real estate agent, having formerly owned a real estate investment company with her husband. She attributes much of her success to the support of her family, including her children, who are also involved in the cosmetology industry. To this end, her oldest daughter is a board-certified makeup artist, and her youngest daughter serves as an attendant at the boutique.
