The president of HIS Building Corporation, Ralph F. Pagnucco Jr. founded his construction company in 2001 while living in Michigan. Drawing upon more than 45 years of experience in the construction and project management industries, Mr. Pagnucco subsequently moved his company from Michigan to central Florida in 2015, where it now sits in Lakeland, Florida. Mr. Pagnucco holds a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University since 1979. During his collegiate studies, he notably served as a handyman for several companies, and subsequently became licensed and began his professional career. Among the highlights of his career, he is proudest of founding his own company, noting that it was the pinnacle of all of his success.
Attributing his success in the industry to his ability to consistently educate himself on new practices and techniques, Mr. Pagnucco was named “Remodeler of the Month” by Qualified Remodeled in October 2019. Looking towards the future, he intends to head towards retirement.
