Commencing his career as a chaplain in the U.S. Army Reserve in 1964, Dr. Arthur K. Robertson has demonstrated versatility in his profession as a pastor, educator, entrepreneur, author and communications specialist. He served as a pastor and teacher at the Brooklyn Believer’s Chapel from 1964 to 1972, while also acting as a professor at the King’s College from 1968 to 1981. A former senior pastor at Ridgeway Alliance Church from 1981 to 2010, he has remained involved in several corporations including as president of Effective Communication and Development, Inc., since 1981, president of the Book Division of E.C.&O, Inc., since 1991, and co-founder and director of Billing Adjustment Consultants since 1991. Likewise, he was a pastor-at-large for the Christian and Missionary Alliance.

During his tenure, Dr. Robertson has been a consultant to various companies, such as IBM, AT&T, General Motors, the FBI Academy, DuPont, BMW and the Nestle Company, among others. Since 1985, he has been the founder and chairman of the Westchester County Leadership Prayer Breakfast, having been a former co-chairman of the Fembrook Parents’ Organization, advisory council member of the Westchester County Prison, elder of the Community Bible Church and advisory board member of the Christian Herald Foundation. Likewise, he has served as an advisory board member of the Christian Herald SP Foundation since 1988. A former serviceman of the U.S. Army, he served to the
rank of first lieutenant.

Dr. Robertson was ordained to the ministry by the Plymouth Brethren Church in 1963. He is a lifetime and founding member of the International Listening Association, and he has also maintained affiliation with the Westchester County Chamber of Commerce. As a testament to his success, March 21, 1991 was named in his honor in White Plains, New York. He was featured in the 24th edition of Who’s Who in the East in 1992, and has been listed in Outstanding Educators of America, Who’s Who in the World and Who’s Who in Religion. However, he cites the proudest moment of his career to be the performance of his oral examination at New York University, where he received an award for the highest acclimation of academic excellence. He is also proud of his successful businesses.
