As a talented musician and dedicated lawyer, Sally Ekenberg Mosher prepared for her career by obtaining a Bachelor of Music from Manhattanville College in 1956. After this, she served as a musician, pianist, and teacher, during which time she studied at Hofstra University and the University of Southern California. In 1961, she was appointed president of the James K. Mosher Company in Pasadena, CA, where she remained for more than two decades. From 1967 to 1972, she also served as a music critic for Pasadena Star-News. In 1981, she returned to school and obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Southern California, and in 1982 she was admitted to practice in the state of California. She later became an associate at White-Howell, Inc., a real estate broker, and was appointed to her current role as president of Oakhill Enterprises.

Ms. Mosher’s varied career in music and law spans more than 60 years. Civically, she has
served on many law, art, and music boards in her community, including the Pasadena Community Orchestra, the Pasadena Arts Council, and the Los Angeles Philanthropic Committee for the Arts. Most recently, Ms. Mosher was featured in the 2017  Winter/Spring issue of Tiano Forte magazine.
