For nearly 40 years, Steven Vasilaros has concentrated his practice in the fields of  plaintiff ’s personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and nursing home neglect. He has handled over 5,000 civil suits and remains committed to seeking justice for innocent people who have been injured due to the negligence of others. A native of Pittsburgh, Pa., Mr. Vasilaros earned a Juris Doctor from the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University in 1978. That same year, he was admitted into the Ohio State Bar Association, and in 1985, he was admitted to The Florida Bar. Shortly thereafter, in 1988, Mr. Vasilaros was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Vasilaros has been a partner in the personal injury law firm Vasilaros Wagner, located in Daytona Beach, Fla., since 1988. He previously worked as an attorney with Becks,  Becks, and Wickersham, and also with Mascio, Blake, Hershey & Vasilaros in Steubenville, Ohio. Additionally, he currently serves as a circuit court mediator for the Florida Supreme Court, a position he has held since 2004.

In keeping abreast of developments in the field of law, Mr. Vasilaros is a member of numerous associations, including the Florida State Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, the American Bar Association, the American Justice Association, the Volusia County Bar Association, the Flagler County Bar Association and the Volusia County Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Dunn-Blount Inn of American Inns of Court, the Million Dollar and Multi Million-Dollar Advocates Forum, and a life member of the NAACP.
