For nearly 45 years, Aaron C. Bass, Jr. has excelled as an administrator in the education sector, with particular expertise in data management and assessment. Earlier in career, Mr. Bass worked as a learning specialist at the Urban Career Education Center. He then served as a research assistant and research associate for the School District of Philadelphia, as well as a research and assessment specialist for the William Penn School District. From 2012 to 2014, he held a post as an adjunct professor at Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Bass holds an associate degree in data processing from Philadelphia Community College, a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Lincoln University, a Master of Arts in social psychology from Temple University, and a Master of Divinity from The Lutheran Theological Seminary. His professional affiliations include the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, the American Educational Research Association, and the Evangelical Training Association.
In addition to his work in the field of education, Mr .Bass is very civic minded, having previously assisted the Eagle’s Nest Christian Fellowship, the Mount Airy Church of God in Christ, Church of Faith Hope and Love Noon Day Prayer, and the Philadelphia Interfaith Action. In his spare time, he enjoys running, biking, swimming, reading, traveling, photography, music and exercising at the gym.
