Eve Storm is a distinguished figure in the manufacturing industry, having first joined START PAC® in 2007 as president and chief executive officer. Playing an instrumental role in boosting the company’s efficiency and tripling the company’s size, Ms. Storm took on full ownership of the business in 2018. Notably, START PAC® was founded by Ms. Storm’s mother and stepfather in 1997 and has since partnered with industry giants such as Techstrong, Lockheed Martin and the United States military.
As part of her routine responsibilities, Ms. Storm specializes in overseeing the company’s finances and the production of a wide range of ground support equipment, such as jumpstarters for electrically started engines and power supplies for military vehicles. Notably, she has traveled extensively to support the company and promote the product line, and she speaks multiple languages, including Spanish, Italian, Russian, Japanese, German and Arabic. Likewise, she has leveraged her background in psychology to enhance product promotion and advertising effectiveness, and her expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma is a testament to her tenacity in the field.
In accounting for her success, Ms. Storm credits her ability to mold her own identity and maintain a sense of discipline and motivation within herself. A cancer survivor as well, she places great emphasis on personal fulfillment, excellence and good health. Seeking to prioritize values, ethics and individuals over financial success, she is committed to her professional team and strives to consider all aspects of the business beyond financial gain.
Highly educated, Ms. Storm holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and history from Texas Tech University, graduating magna cum laude. She was also on the Dean’s List and the President’s List and received the French Honor Award. Thereafter, she earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology, magna cum laude, from Phillips Graduate University and a Master of Business Administration in aerospace and defense business management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Furthermore, she completed doctoral coursework in clinical psychology and previously obtained a music diploma in classical music and vocal performance from the Trinity College of Music. Ms. Storm holds an ISO 9001:2015 Certification, which she received in 2016.
In the coming years, Ms. Storm endeavors to expand START PAC® further while concurrently providing exceptional service to both customers and her community. To wit, her dedication to cultivating meaningful interpersonal relationships sits at the forefront of her mind, as she believes human connections – whether with customers, vendors, staff, friends or family – are of the utmost importance.
