Leveraging more than 10 years of professional excellence, Priscila Fletcher is highly regarded for her expertise in customer success, business coaching and entrepreneurship. Since 2024, she has served as the founder of Latinos in Success, where she applies her knowledge of consulting, growth coaching and strategic advising to guide others to success. Likewise, since 2023, she has been a business consultant with Fletcher Consulting Services. In both roles, Ms. Fletcher works alongside coaches to manage their customer success rates, performs private coaching sessions, conducts mentorship opportunities in her community, and hosts workshops.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Fletcher served in a myriad of related business positions, most recently as an assistant customer success coach through Provan Success from 2023 to 2024 and a senior customer success manager through Y42 from 2022 to 2023. Previously working for Timescale Inc. between 2019 and 2022, she rose from a cloud advocate and customer success manager to a senior customer success manager and manager of customer success. In addition, she was a business development specialist at CrateDB from 2018 to 2019 and an account executive and licensing solutions manager for the U.S. and Latin America at Shutterstock from 2017 to 2018. Ms. Fletcher has also served with the Diligent Corporation, IQPC Worldwide and Penguin Random House since commencing her career in 2012.

Among the many highlights of her career, Ms. Fletcher is particularly proud of building a team from the ground up, assembling a team of 10 individuals and coaching them toward success. She is gratified by the opportunities to help others and make a lasting impact on others’ lives beyond simply being a manager. In this regard, she says that she has made a substantial contribution to their lives through her dedication and coaching, helping them on their path to achieving greatness in their careers.

Ms. Fletcher attributes her success to her growth mindset and commitment to lifelong learning, having often undertaken online courses at night while her children sleep. Through these educational experiences, she has demonstrated a keen ability to independently build a business from start to finish, assist other coaches in developing their post-sales departments, and handle all back-end business operations. Looking toward the future, Ms. Fletcher intends to continue building teams and mentoring others, ensuring that all who cross her path have opportunities to grow.
