Real Estate

Fascinated by the design and layout of homes, Piyusha Zope endeavored to enter the field of real estate at a formative age. Since 2005, she has thrived as a licensed realtor at Piyusha Zope Properties LLC in Duluth, Georgia, where she assists clients in finding and selling properties for themselves and their families. Conducting work in international real estate, such as lands and resorts, Ms. Zope has a passion for travel and a deep curiosity about various cultures, leveraging her interest in exploring both historic and modern architectural structures. Alongside her primary role, Ms. Zope has served as a licensed realtor for Virtual Properties Realty since 2008. She previously worked as a realtor at Coldwell Banker between 2005 and 2008.

Before starting her career in real estate, Ms. Zope spent 15 years launching and managing operations for a variety of companies, having maintained involvement in establishing new businesses. Notably, at the age of 24, she played a pivotal role in opening Elna Passap Switzerland Company’s first distribution center in Zambia. The company was later expanded into Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. During this time, Ms. Zope was responsible for discovering suitable warehouse locations, managing product imports and recruiting staff members (turn-key operation).

To prepare for her career, Ms. Zope attended Gujarat University in India, receiving both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in life science. After immigrating to the United States, she obtained a realtor license in the state of Georgia. She also completed training in Oracle at Florida Technical College.

As a testament to her success, Ms. Zope has accrued numerous accolades. In 2017, the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors bestowed upon her its Highest Production Award, having previously presented her with several Transaction Awards. In addition, Ms. Zope was inducted into the Business Hall of Fame in Duluth City, Georgia, in 2019.

Looking toward the future, Ms. Zope aims to contribute to affordable housing by bringing international concepts to the United States. As such, she aspires to help construct homes using such materials as galvanized steel, incorporating fireproof insulation between walls to ensure that houses are well-insulated, suitable for various climates, and result in lower utility costs. Ms. Zope endeavors to introduce these concepts to Georgia.
