Leveraging more than 20 years of professional excellence, Sivakumar Thekkenaduvath is well-regarded in the field of financial technology. Since 2016, he has excelled as the founder and chief executive officer of Gritstone Technologies, where he is responsible for delivering to a geographically diverse group of clients and helping them to thrive in disruptive business landscapes. Notably, the company possesses a dedicated and innovative team of approximately 200 members. Mr. Thekkenaduvath is also involved in business strategy, sales, product/platform visioning and operational activities, including daily operations, networking and enhancing company culture.

Previously, Mr. Thekkenaduvath worked in various roles within the financial technology sector. Commencing his career in 2000 as a technical team lead at KRAN Consulting, where he remained until 2003, he worked as an engineering delivery manager and a strategic account manager at UST Global from 2003 to 2009 and from 2009 to 2012, respectively. Following these tenures, he was involved in enterprise platforms strategy and delivery at Vanguard from 2012 to 2016, where he was part of the retirement service division and responsible for the technology, engineering and financial technology groups. From 2016 to 2019, he was a client partner at Mphasis, and from 2021 to 2024, he was the chief software development officer at Vensure Employer Services. During this time, he also served as the chief executive officer and managing director at VensureHCM from 2021 to 2024. Concurrent with his primary role, Mr. Thekkenaduvath lends his expertise to MonsterQuoter as a co-founder and chief technical officer.

To prepare for his career, Mr. Thekkenaduvath pursued a formal education in India at the University of Calicut, receiving a Bachelor of Technology in electrical and electronics engineering in 1999. In 2003, he received a Master of Technology in electrical engineering from the University of Kerala. Throughout his career, he has been invited to speak at conferences related to his areas of expertise, including financial technology, medical technology and education.

Living and working by the mantra of “Valuing Life,” Mr. Thekkenaduvath attributes much of his success to his deep involvement in his community, his humble attitude, and his practical and pragmatic approaches to business endeavors. Looking toward the future, he aims to commence a commercial venture in the United States that will transform areas without adequate or equitable access to technology and education in artificial intelligence. In addition, he endeavors to expand Gritstone Technologies to over 5,000 members in five to seven years.
