Supported by more than 25 years of professional experience, Brad Mignone is well-regarded in the field of commercial construction for his prowess in executive-level operations. Since June 2024, he has served as the president and owner of Mignone Design-Build, a leading construction firm servicing markets in Nevada, California and Arizona that boasts a team of skilled professionals and a network of premier industry partners. Mignone Design-Build is notable for tackling projects of any scale or complexity, having worked on luxurious custom homes and multi-family developments, as well as retail spaces, corporate interiors, ground-up construction and mixed-use projects. Previously, Mr. Mignone served as the vice president of development and construction with Gordon Ramsay North America, where he leveraged his expertise in site selection, design development and permitting in commercial construction projects.
Mr. Mignone commenced his career in 1998 as a carpenter with Lombardi Builders, remaining there until 2002. For the following two years, he worked as a water technician and heavy equipment operator for the Water and Sewer Department in Foxborough, Massachusetts, until he was hired as a journeyman mechanical plumber for Sagamore. Mr. Mignone served with Sagamore until 2008, when he joined Shawmut Design and Construction as a project superintendent. Notably, he remained with the company until 2015, departing at the rank of project manager. He would later return to Shawmut Design and Construction in 2019 as a project executive for three years.
In the latter stages of his career, Mr. Mignone served with Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group in several capacities, including as a senior project manager from 2015 to 2016 and as the director of development and construction from 2016 to 2017. Impressively, he was promoted to senior director of development and construction in 2017 and served there until 2019. Mr. Mignone is a licensed contractor whose expertise in construction services is a testament to his unrelenting dedication to the field.
The proud father of one daughter, Mr. Mignone enjoys playing golf, skiing and traveling in his spare time.
