Drawing upon 30 years of professional experience, Lisa Michelle Johnson is well-regarded in the fields of appraisals and real estate. A noted entrepreneur, she established LMJ Appraisals in Rocklin, California, in 2007, where she remains today as the president and a certified residential real estate appraiser. Concurrently, she has served as a listing and buying agent at Realty ONE Group Complete since 2024. As a residential appraiser with the highest certification in the state of California, Ms. Johnson maintains responsibility for scheduling appointments, conducting property inspections, and handling re-inspections and new construction projects, among a myriad of other tasks. In addition, she conducts a yearly market analysis within a one-mile radius of the property, examining market trends over various timeframes.
Ms. Johnson previously served as a certified residential real estate appraiser at Axis Appraisal Management Solutions Inc. from 2013 to 2017 before committing full-time to her own business. Furthermore, she was a sales manager at USA Student Travel between 1995 and 2000, having commenced her career in 1994 as an account manager for technical medical sales at Dictaphone Corporation.
Impressively, Ms. Johnson has served as an expert witness in various court cases due to her outstanding breadth of knowledge. To wit, her knowledge stems from the mentorship she received from a seasoned professional in the Greater Sacramento area who appraised homes worth millions of dollars.
