Supported by more than 40 years of professional excellence, Ronald L. Jackson Sr. is well-regarded in the fields of aviation and military service. Since 2023, he has served as an aircraft maintenance technician for Aerotek Contractor, leveraging his advanced skill set and knowledge to provide the best possible service to the aerospace and aviation industries. Adjacent to this appointment, Mr. Jackson has been a minister at his local church, the Broadview Church of Christ, since 1983, applying his understanding of the Bible to serve as a beacon of light and support to his congregation.

At the inception of his career, Mr. Jackson served as an aircraft electrical systems specialist with the United States Air Force from 1981 to 1983. This tenure was followed by service as an aircraft electrical systems technician and, subsequently, as an aircraft and engine mechanic for Boeing from 1983 to 1991. Concurrent with this role, Mr. Jackson was an aircraft electro-environmental systems technician in the Kansas Air National Guard between 1989 and 1997.

As his career progressed, Mr. Jackson served with Bombardier as a flight test aircraft mechanic, a flight test avionic technician, a lead instrumentation technician, and an airframe and powerplant mechanic between 1991 and 1997. Thereafter, he served with Flexjet as a regional maintenance coordinator from 1998 to 2000 and as an aircraft programs technical coordinator from 2000 to 2001. Relocating to PrivatAir, he then worked as a lead technician from 2002 to 2005 and a maintenance manager from 2005 to 2006. Mr. Jackson’s roles in aviation and maintenance continued at Embraer Executive Jets, serving as a senior manager of customer support from 2006 to 2015 and as a manager of customer support legacy and lineage from 2015 to 2020. For the subsequent year, he was a maintenance manager at Presidential Aviation until departing from the organization to serve as a sales associate at Aflac. Prior to assuming his present position, Mr. Jackson was a financial services advisor at AAA-The Auto Club Group from 2021 to 2023.

Having lent his mechanical prowess to the aviation industry for many decades, Mr. Jackson has been awarded numerous times. In 1987, he was named Maintenance Professional of the Year by the United States Air Force. Recently, in 2024, he earned the Man of Valor Award for his unwavering commitment to Christian education. In accounting for his success, he credits his faith in God, noting that God’s work has helped him in all his endeavors.
