Entrepreneurship

Supported by nearly 20 years of professional experience, Kyle Ray Nunes is a prolific figure across several distinct industries, including writing, photography, construction and carpentry. Since 2005, he has excelled with his own eponymous business, titled Handyman Kyle, in which he serves as a prospector, photographer, carpenter, writer and handyman. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nunes served at Amazon as an associate from 2021 to 2023, at Lowe’s Companies, Inc., as a lumber yard gate supervisor from 2015 to 2017, and at Sunshine Minting, Inc., as an annealing machine operator from 2013 to 2014. He also served as a ride operator for Silverwood Theme Park between 2007 and 2008 and was part of the security team at Northern Quest Resort & Casino.

After obtaining his GED, Mr. Nunes sought higher education at North Idaho College, completing one year of coursework in entrepreneurship and business management. Over the course of his career, he has thrived in a myriad of carpenter-related positions, having worked on multiple real estate projects and a multi-million-dollar home. Notably, he worked on a particular house in downtown Quarter Lane that was built in the 1890s, where he and his team performed remodeling and woodworking, transforming the property into a sought-after Airbnb.

Mr. Nunes attributes much of his success to his interpersonal connections and faith in religion. To wit, he is well-versed in leveraging information to best suit his needs and goals, which has aided him in finding much exposure in the professional arena. He lives and works by the motto, “Art is love; love is art.”

Looking toward the future, Mr. Nunes intends to build a large-scale workshop akin to a gymnasium, where individuals may go and rent tools for their own unique projects. Ultimately, he would like to inspire others to be more creative, working within an environment that will inspire them to collaborate with others and share ideas. Born in Spokane, Washington, he currently resides in Hauser, Idaho.
