Jim Saleh is a recognized figure in the field of construction and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) services. Since 2002, he has excelled as the owner of A&S Cooling, Inc., headquartered in Runnemede, New Jersey. Leveraging advanced equipment to provide the best services to his clients, he utilizes heat recovery VRFs and VRVs, which he surmises are the future of HVAC technology. Notably, VRFs and VRVs use electric energy instead of fossil fuels such as gasoline, diesel or kerosene, making an environmentally friendly impact on the earth.
From a young age, Mr. Saleh desired to enter the field of construction services, having been a handyman since he was a young boy. Starting out by driving and fixing his father’s car, he subsequently attended technical school in his home country of Egypt and began working as a truck driver. During this time, he also obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Cairo University. Mr. Saleh immigrated to the United States in 1992 and began his own business 10 years later. As time progressed, his business expanded, and he began taking on increasing numbers of clients. In the present day, he has experienced much success in the industry, garnering recognition from a myriad of stores.
Mr. Saleh advises future professionals in the construction and HVAC industries to keep learning new technologies and remain abreast of novel innovations in the field, as the industries are always changing and adapting to new knowledge. Looking toward the future, he intends to double the size of A&S Cooling, Inc., and encourage more individuals to enter the field. He currently resides in Blackwood, New Jersey.
