Supported by 45 years of professional experience, Amirali Y. Haidri, Esq., is recognized as a registered patent attorney and a certified civil trial attorney. Since 1988, he has excelled as an attorney at law with the eponymous Law Office of Amirali Y. Haidri, located in Springfield, New Jersey. Focusing his attention on civil trial and family law matters, he holds a BV Rating through Martindale-Hubbell and will soon be promoted to an AV Rating.
Mr. Haidri pursued a formal education prior to commencing his career, having first received a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Leeds University. He subsequently earned a Master of Science in chemistry from New York University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the New York University Law School. Admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey, he entered his career as a patent agent for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in 1978. As his career progressed, Mr. Haidri also served with the Haseltine Lake Company and was a partner with a local law firm.
Outside of his primary career efforts, Mr. Haidri is a trustee of both the Union County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. He also maintains membership with the Advisory Committee on Professional Ethics and will soon be promoted to chair of the Early Intellectual Property Law Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Furthermore, Mr. Haidri has served as an appointed mediator and arbitrator for the New Jersey Subpoena Court Administration Program.
As a testament to his success, Mr. Haidri received the President’s Scout Award. He attributes much of his success to his dedication to doing right by his clients, as well as his faith in the Lord. Looking toward the future, he intends to witness the continued success of his career. In his spare time, Mr. Haidri enjoys cooking, as well as brewing homemade wine and beer.
