Drawing upon several decades of professional experience, Jacob Tyler Greer is recognized as an expert in the field of construction. Since 2022, he has excelled as the owner and general contractor of Greer Home Solutions, through which he provides several services to his community, having initially been in business since 2015. Among his many responsibilities, Mr. Greer performs job bidding, construction, remodeling, renovations, additions and management. Greer Home Solutions is also an official partner of Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Greer served as a project manager with numerous different companies. He also worked extensively in the maintenance and construction industries. Supported by coursework in mechanical engineering, which he pursued at Auburn University, he also lends his time and expertise to his neighborhood. To this end, he regularly gives back charitably to his community through volunteer service. In addition, he has sponsored numerous Little League teams throughout Columbus, Georgia.
As a testament to his resounding success in the field, Mr. Greer has earned a myriad of accolades and honors. Recently named among 5 Under 40 in 2022, he also received Certificates of Appreciation from the Warrior Outreach Program and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Furthermore, he was nominated for the Top Three in Columbus, Georgia, by Top3Rated.com and was highlighted in Best of Georgia by the Georgia Business Journal. Although he has experienced many career highlights, Mr. Greer is particularly proud of being a terrific father, husband, provider and role model.
In the coming years, Mr. Greer intends to transition from taking on chore projects for homeowners to flipping and holding properties with partners for larger construction projects. He attributes a great deal of his success to his personal and professional experiences, which have ultimately molded him into the individual he is today.
