Equipped with over 50 years of experience in the field of law, Ronnie Berke has excelled as a lawyer across the Mid-South region of the United States with the eponymously named law firm, Berke Berke & Berke. Located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the firm is renowned across the State of Tennessee for adhering to their mission of doing right by each of their clients. Mr. Berke has specialized in the practice of personal injury, commercial, products liability and medical malpractice law, and he has served as a partner of the firm since 1971. During his tenure, he has tried a myriad of cases in both state and federal courts and in state and federal appellate courts. Likewise, drawing upon his expertise in piloting aircrafts, Mr. Berke attends to aviation matters and motor vehicle accidents.

To prepare for his career, Mr. Berke received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Virginia in 1967, followed by a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University in 1970. Admitted to practice in Tennessee, he has also been admitted before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Likewise, Mr. Berke is an active member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Notably, he served on the board of governors for the American Association for Justice between 2000 and 2015.

Demonstrating versatility in his field, Mr. Berke has presented and lectured at events hosted by the Tennessee Association for Justice and the Southern Trial Lawyers Association. Lending his expertise to the written word as well, he co-authored the “Trial Handbook” and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America’s “Litigation Tort Cases.”

As a testament to his success, Mr. Berke has received numerous accolades. He previously earned the Tennessee Supreme Court Service Award and the Bancroft-Whitney Publishing Company American Jurisprudence Award. In accounting for his success, he credits his compassionate nature for helping others and the support and encouragement from his family.
