Cultivating an interest in the American economy from a young age, Gust John Totlis was intrigued by the corporate world even prior to commencing his college education. Subsequent to receiving his MBA degree in 1964, he worked as a financial planning manager for General Foods Corporation from 1964 to 1968, followed by positions as a financial analyst, assistant secretary, assistant vice president and vice president for the Irving Trust Company between 1968 and 1975. Soon thereafter, he served Irving Bank Corporation as a corporate controller for the following seven years before working for Fidelity Union Bancorp as the executive vice president and chief financial officer between 1982 and 1985.

Relocating to Cincinnati, OH, Mr. Totlis served the Star Banc Corporation as the executive vice president and chief financial officer for eight years. Subsequently, he became the senior vice president and chief financial officer of the Chicago Title Land Trust Company from 1993 to 1999 before taking on his current roles of chief executive officer of Riddle Painting and Coatings, Inc., and chief executive officer of Jetta Investments Inc.

In addition to his illustrious vocational positions, he sat as chair of the governor board of the Illinois Council on Economic Education from 1997 to 1999 and on the board of directors of numerous corporations, such as Ticor Title Insurance Company, Chicago Technical Corporation, and Credit Data Reporting Services Inc. Civically involved as well, Mr. Totlis served in executive roles with the United Way, the Special Olympics, the Salvation Army, the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra and the Cincinnati May Festival.

Married to the late Joyce Elaine Edholm, Mr. Totlis is the proud father of two sons. Looking toward the future, he intends to experience the continued growth and success of his entrepreneurships.
