Amassing more than 40 years of professional excellence in the legal industry, Dianne Martha Nast, Esq., is a prominent and versatile attorney whose primary practice areas include antitrust, pharmaceutical, medical device, vehicle recall and civil litigation, among others. The founder, senior member and vice president of Nast Law LLC in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, since 2012, she has led the firm with a plethora of expertise, thus transforming it into a nationally-recognized law firm with a long track record of success in complex litigation.
Prior to serving Nast Law LLC, Ms. Nast served nearly two decades with Kohn, Nast & Graf, PC, which changed its name to Kohn, Swift & Graf, PC, after her departure from the firm. A senior shareholder with the firm, Ms. Nast also served in the same capacity for RodaNast, PC, for 17 years. Throughout her career, she has participated in a number of programs regarding legal education, including those for the American Bar Association, the American Law Institute, the National College of Advocacy and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Likewise, she has served as a faculty member at such institutions as the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Rutgers School of Law, and the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University.
To prepare for her illustrious career, Ms. Nast pursued a Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She has been admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the U.S. District Court for the District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth and Eleventh Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
In order to remain aware of recent developments within the field of law, Ms. Nast maintains affiliation with several organizations, including the Philadelphia Bar Association, where she has been serving on the Pennsylvania Auxiliary Board since 2012, and the American Bar Association, where she has been on the practical litigation editorial board since 1989. In addition, she has remained associated with the American Arbitration Association, the American Judicature Society, the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
