Drawing upon more than 12 years of professional expertise, Hunter R. Beauchamp is well-versed in the information technology and hospitality sectors, culminating in his present role as the executive vice president at F3 Technologies Inc. Since joining the organization in 2020 as its chief human resources officer and the director of accounting and finance, Mr. Beauchamp has contributed to the company’s growth from 18 to 100 employees and helped to triple its annual revenue. As the company’s executive vice president since 2024, he oversees nine different managers and manages all finance and human resources operations. Impressively, Mr. Beauchamp’s efforts have proven invaluable to F3 Technologies, with future goals for continued expansion across the globe.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Beauchamp served in numerous positions in the sales and real estate industries. Commencing his career in 2012 as an accounting manager at Kroger in Anderson, Indiana, where he remained until 2016, he also served as a restaurant manager at Pizza Hut of Fort Wayne in Fishers, Indiana, from 2016 to 2017. Thereafter, he was a sales counselor and elite coach at Fischer Homes in Indianapolis from 2016 to 2019 and from 2018 to 2019, respectively. Subsequently, Mr. Beauchamp served with David Weekley Homes in Indianapolis as a sales consultant, lead sales consultant and senior sales consultant between 2019 and 2022.
As a testament to his success, Mr. Beauchamp has accrued numerous accolades. The recipient of several Sales Awards, Sales Leadership Awards and Coaching Awards, among others, he attributes a great deal of his success to his intrinsic drive, strong work ethic and motivation to succeed. Likewise, he credits the values of persistence and diligence that have been instilled in him by his parents from a formative age.
Mr. Beauchamp holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and operations from Anderson University. He also received a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in human resource management, from the University of Southern Indiana and, subsequently, a real estate agent license in the state of Michigan. Looking toward the future, Mr. Beauchamp endeavors to witness the continued growth of his career with F3 Technologies. In his leisure time, he enjoys boating and spending time with his family.
