Roosvelt M. Porto has led a diversified career in military service, information technology service management, production and consulting. Since 2023, he has excelled as the chief executive officer and principal consultant at Bamfer Consulting, where he migrates consulting clients from self-hosted on-premise systems to the cloud. In addition to consulting, Mr. Porto handles various business-oriented tasks, such as submitting and tracking invoices, categorizing revenue and expenditures, and logging travel expenses for local client visits. As such, he services small- to large-sized businesses and organizations.

Prior to opening his consultancy, Mr. Porto served with Adaptavist in numerous capacities beginning in 2021. First serving as a senior technology consultant, he advanced to the rank of consulting team lead and managing consultant. In 2023, he also served as head of customer success advocates. Likewise, Mr. Porto was a senior associate, senior Jira consultant, and administrator in tech consulting and project management at PricewaterhouseCoopers Acceleration Centers from 2017 to 2021. Previously, he served as a portfolio coordinator with HireRight LLC from 2019 to 2020, a management consultant and associate program manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2017 to 2019, and an implementation consultant with ADP from 2016 to 2017, who recognized him as a Top Performer during his tenure. Before pivoting toward civilian life, Mr. Porto was a widely recognized figure in the United States Army, where he served for two decades, beginning as a soldier in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and ending his service as chief of operations in El Paso, Texas.

While pursuing his career, Mr. Porto attained higher education at American InterContinental University, where he received an Associate of Arts in business and organizational development in 2010. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and personnel administration from Ashford University in 2016. As his career progressed, Mr. Porto completed coursework in program management at Capella University and health care administration at Southern New Hampshire University. He also holds a myriad of certifications, including recognition as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) by the Project Management Institute.

To remain abreast of developments in his areas of expertise, Mr. Porto has maintained involvement with such organizations as Axelos Ltd., the Project Management Institute, the Society for Human Resource Management and the Sergeant Morales Club. In a career filled with highlights, he derives the most pride from his standing as a business owner and his longstanding career in the military, where he functioned as the equivalent of a chief operating officer as entrusted by the commanding general and his enlisted advisor during his last assignment. Notably, he led and oversaw operations at a global scale across 37,000 troops before he retired from the United States Army.
