Leveraging more than 30 years of professional experience, Nicole Smart is well-regarded for serving as the founder of Rejuvenate Your Mind LLC, through which she aids clients in overcoming trauma and other life struggles by developing healthy mechanisms to pursue inner healing and success. Passionate about helping others transform their lives by introducing new thought patterns and routines, Ms. Smart recently dedicated herself to her new business full-time. She looks forward to transforming the lives of individuals ready to enjoy the lifelong journey of living fully.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Smart served as a payroll manager at South Mill Champs between 2019 and 2024 while concurrently serving at the helm of her company. Previously, she worked as a payroll manager at AmQuip Crane from 2013 to 2014 and at Asset Management Specialists LLC from 2010 to 2011, as well as a payroll specialist for Robert Half Finance & Accounting between 2006 and 2018. During this time, Ms. Smart pursued an entrepreneurial career as an independent insurance agent through the eponymous Nicole Smart Insurance from 2010 to 2019. Her career in payroll and accounting commenced in the mid-1990s after earning a certificate in computer programming from the SCS Institute in 1989.
To wit, Ms. Smart’s journey as a life transformational coach and counselor can be defined as one that focuses on self-acceptance. To this end, she has taught her clients to accept and love themselves for who they are, as well as accept the experiences that have transformed their lives. Ms. Smart’s services are holistic in nature, and she has supported clients who are in the midst of their spiritual journeys.
Adjacent to her professional endeavors, Ms. Smart enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She is also active in her local community as a past assistant leader for the Girl Scouts of the United States of America and a volunteer for organizations that advocate for children and youth. Looking toward the future, Ms. Smart endeavors to continue transforming her clients’ lives to guide them toward better paths to success. She would also like to continue advancing in her own career and build upon the success of Rejuvenate Your Mind LLC.
