Drawing upon more than 10 years of professional experience, Bhaskar Dey is well-regarded for his expertise in cultivating positive working relationships with clients and colleagues and serving in the field of client engagement. Since 2023, he has thrived as the vice president of customer success and solutions at eClerx, where he maintains responsibility for leading key customers in the technology sector toward success in their digital journeys. To wit, Mr. Dey specializes in analytics and market research, lending his breadth of knowledge to advancements in digital transformations and revenue growth.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Dey served as an analytics and consulting leader at Fractal in 2022. He previously worked as a solutions and product lead for the digital department and as a senior global client partner at Course5i between 2013 and 2022. Likewise, he served with Airtel as a senior manager for digital analytics and business intelligence in 2013 and with Travelguru.com (a Yatra.com company) as a senior manager in 2012. He commenced his career in 2007 as an associate program manager and senior manager for digital analytics and business intelligence for eClerx Services Limited in India, remaining with the company until 2012.

Among his many career achievements, Mr. Dey is particularly proud of achieving significant growth for client accounts and organizations with a 40% growth rate in 2021, including the growth of an account from $300,000 to more than $6 million. In addition, through effective recruiting, sourcing and team development, he advanced the growth of his team from 15 to 100 personnel, having also demonstrated strategic and creative thinking in developing industry-leading digital solutions to meet client needs through digital transformation, solutions and automation. Mr. Dey has likewise been tasked with managing and mentoring teams by delivering digital solutions.

Before commencing his professional ventures, Mr. Dey pursued a formal education, in which he holds several relevant degrees and certifications. Earning a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics from Nagpur University in India, he subsequently received a Master of Business Administration from the ICFAI Business School in India. He also holds executive certifications in digital transformation and artificial intelligence.

Adjacent to his primary endeavors, Mr. Dey has maintained professional alignment with the Digital Analytics Association, where he has offered his expertise as a volunteer since 2014. He also serves as a member of the technical and digital capabilities team of the Bengali Association of North Carolina, through which he has worked extensively on technology and site design. In the coming years, Mr. Dey endeavors to establish his own company, in which he will transition to the hospitality industry. He attributes much of his success to his natural affinity for maintaining positive client relationships.
