With over 40 years of professional excellence, Dr. Lin Morel is an accomplished academic and expert in spiritual psychology and stress reduction, helping millions of individuals overcome emotional trauma, domestic violence and grief. As founder and chief executive officer of Beyond Words Group, Inc. (formerly Lin Morel & Associates) in 2004, she developed the W.I.N. (Willingness, Intention, Neutrality) Protocol to deepen her effectiveness with renowned thought leaders to share their messages and gifts to positively influence society.

Globally recognized as The Thought Leader’s Leader, Dr. Morel serves C-suite, senior management and business professionals from the film, aerospace, banking, education, health care, petrochemical and transportation industries, among others, having touched countless lives. Her clients learn how to inspire their own staff and clients to become more innovative and dynamic while channeling their own inner positivity, particularly during times of crisis and turmoil. A victim of domestic violence herself, she has advocated for survivors of domestic violence for decades by serving as a board member or president of several nonprofit organizations and charities.

Studying the wisdom of Solomon allowed Dr. Morel to understand the driving forces from trauma of why people hurt one another. Being a highly sensitive person and trauma survivor, she developed the innate ability to read situations with great clarity. She can assist her clients to reconnect with their own higher selves and reframe their internalized trauma into true awareness. With new wisdom, they can break through these obstacles to achieve greater success.

Dr. Morel is a non-denominational minister, a fifth-degree black belt, a nationally ranked karate champion and a gold medalist. She also obtained a black belt in Aikido and continues to practice Qi Gong and Ai Dao Kung Fu. She co-founded the Academy of Asian Arts and the Endless Mountain Retreat Center. Dr. Morel is an internationally acclaimed public speaker, consultant and best-selling author. She has been featured on media outlets such as PBS, The Discovery Channel and NBC, and appeared in two docuseries, “Trauma” and Nathan Crane’s “Conquering Cancer.”
