Philip Alan Greenberg, Esq., leverages over five decades of professional experience in the field of law. Since 2000, he has served as a partner in his private practice, Philip A. Greenberg, P.C., located in New York City. Specializing in family law, he previously served as a partner with Wallman Greenberg Gasman & McKnight from 1995 to 2000 and as a managing partner at Bizar & Martin from 1993 to 1995, Segal & Greenberg from 1987 to 1993, Segal, Greenberg & McDonald from 1986 to 1987, Segal, Greenberg, McDonald & Maher from 1985 to 1986, and Segal, Post, DeMott & Crow in 1985.

Likewise, Mr. Greenberg served as a partner of several firms, such as Segal & Greenberg in 1984, Segal, Liling & Greenberg from 1982 to 1984, Segal, Liling, Erlitz & Greenberg in 1982, and Kamerman & Kamerman from 1978 to 1982. He commenced his career in 1973 as an associate with Kamerman & Kamerman. Outside of his professional interests, he has also lent his expertise as a lecturer for the National Business Institute since 2010. He previously served in the same capacity at the Sobelsohn Paralegal School in New York City from 1988 to 2000.

To prepare for his career, Mr. Greenberg pursued a formal education at Brooklyn College, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in political science/sociology in 1970. He subsequently attended the New York University Law School, earning a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1973. Since that time, he has been admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Tax and Federal Courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

In recognition of his outstanding feats, Mr. Greenberg has been AV Rated through Martindale-Hubbell since 1985. He has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer for seven consecutive years and was highlighted in the Top 100 Registry, Inc., in 2023. Although he has experienced several career achievements, he is especially proud of handling an appeal that resulted in a $1.7 million verdict. In the coming years, Mr. Greenberg intends to continue witnessing the success and advancement of his career.
