A most trusted and proven leader in the field of health care, Dr. Dely Po Go has excelled as the president and owner of Nursing Network, LLC since 1999. Located in Clifton, New Jersey, Nursing Network is a premier medical network of health care professionals that connects nurses with affiliated groups, resources for success and like-minded colleagues. Among the many highlights of her career, Dr. Go is particularly proud of establishing Nursing Network Institute curriculum for young children, as well as developing AVTECH Institute and Allied Health curriculum and its accreditation. A faculty member at William Paterson University and Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU), she serves as an advisor at the Henry P. Becton School of Nursing at FDU.

Outside of her primary professional interests, Dr. Go was recognized by the Philippines Consul General of New York and Milan, Italy, in partnership with PIDCI presidents as the grand marshal of the two continents in celebration of the 125th Year Philippine Independence Day Anniversary. She has also lent her time and expertise to Bridges to Success Ambulatory Care Services, the United Way of Passaic County, St. Joseph’s Hospital and Healing the Children International.

Dr. Go emphasizes that her success can be attributed to her parents’ teachings and the opportunities she has seized to apply and utilize nursing theories and practices to her organization. She has utilized these teachings, theories and concepts, which have served as a foundation to her successful career. Dr. Go completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), summa cum laude, from FDU in 2012. While at FDU, she also took the License for Nursing Home Administration from Longtree & Associates and passed the National Administration Board (NAB) examinations in 2012. Dr. Go is a licensed nursing home administrator.

In light of her exceptional achievements, Dr. Go has accrued numerous accolades, including the 2023 Most Distinguished Humanitarian Award from Marquis Who’s Who, the 2022 Humanitarian Award from the Philippine Nurses Association of New Jersey, and an announcement in The Wall Street Journal, having been one of only nine professionals selected from among 1.5 million professional biographies around the world. She also earned the 2019 Lifetime Achievement Award from Marquis Who’s Who; the 2019 Nurse Diva Award, which is the highest award given to a nurse by the New Jersey State Nurses Association (NJSNA) and the Institute for Nursing (IFN); and was nominated for the DAISY Award for Outstanding Nursing Faculty by William Paterson University in 2015 and 2016.

Furthermore, in 2014, Dr. Go received the Most Outstanding and Most Distinguished Award from Fairleigh Dickinson University and was inducted in the FDU Pinnacle Society. In 2010, she received New Jersey’s 50 Best Women in Business from NJBIZ, the National Nurse Entrepreneurship Award from the Philippine Nurses Association of America, and the Outstanding Filipino Achiever in America Award-Business Sector from the National Federation of Filipino American Association. Earlier, in 1999, she received the Woman of Peace Award in celebration of Woman’s History Month from the Women’s Federation for World Peace for her medical mission helping poor children around the world.

In the coming years, Dr. Go would like to expand her network to different countries and provide patients and professionals with long-term care options. She also aims to ease into retirement and, in retirement, help nurses who are obtaining their doctoral degrees to become teachers.
