Entrepreneurship

Recognized as a highly motivated and determined entrepreneur, Trish Marie Bosman has excelled as the owner of Twist Boutique since 2012. Formerly known as Recycled Demin with a Twist, the boutique is acclaimed throughout Green Bay, Wisconsin. Located in Bay Park Square, Twist Boutique’s success has been driven by Ms. Bosman’s innovative approach to merchandising, having designed face masks with N95 fabric filters during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, Twist Boutique has a successful application on iOS and Android devices, which allows customers to shop from the comfort of their homes and take part in live shopping events.

Prior to owning Twist Boutique, Ms. Bosman served Marissa’s in several prominent roles. Joining the fashion company as a sales associate, she was promoted to second assistant, first assistant and manager by the time her tenure ended. Impressively, she became the firm’s youngest manager during her 12-year tenure at the company and won several accolades, including multiple Customer Service Awards.

Outside of her primary career efforts, Ms. Bosman contributes locally to her community. Through her work, she has aided animal shelters and animal rescue initiatives, as well as conducted various fundraising campaigns such as fashion shows in her local area. Prior to embarking upon her career, she pursued a formal education at Patricia Stevens Career College & Model Agency, from which she received an associate degree in fashion merchandising and design in 1988.

Attributing much of her success to her diligent work ethic, tenacity, and encouragement from her parents and children, Ms. Bosman also credits her innovative approach to fashion design as a factor leading to her success. She advises that her philosophy in her work is to lead designs rather than imitate existing designs, with a particular focus on designing products made in the United States to empower American women. Looking toward the future, Ms. Bosman intends to introduce her two daughters, Alyssa and Erika, to the business and possibly franchise Twist Boutique in other U.S. states.
