Desiring to become a lawyer from a young age, Harold Bluestein always endeavored to enter the field of law. Upon graduating with a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Miami School of Law in 1974, he was admitted to practice law in 1975. Currently, Mr. Bluestein excels as the principal of Harold Bluestein PLLC in Miami, where he focuses his attention on marital and family law. Specifically, he specializes in business valuation, asset structure, debt analysis, income sources, shared parenting agreements, LGBTQ+ marriages, and interstate and international divorce.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Bluestein served as counsel and was one of two principals of the firm Bluestein and Wayne, P.A., in Coral Gables, Florida. Over the course of his career, he has always been especially proud of the legal work he has completed on behalf of his myriad of clients. To this end, he remains abreast of developing information in the legal realm through his affiliation with such organizations as the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Florida Justice Association. He is also a member of the Iron Arrow Honor Society and has been certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
In light of his outstanding feats in law, Mr. Bluestein has received numerous accolades. Holding an AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell for several decades, he was also ranked by the Chambers High Net Worth Guide in 2021 and 2022. Notably, the Chambers High Net Worth Guide is the largest international publication for ranking. Additionally, he was recognized by Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers, having been named Lawyer of the Year in Family Law in Miami in 2022. Furthermore, Mr. Bluestein was profiled as one of the Best Law Firms for Family Law in Miami by U.S. News & World Report in 2020.
