Gaddafi Ismail founded De Lune Corp., an agribusiness-focused company doing business with both the federal and commercial sectors, in 2016. Under Mr. Ismail’s helm, De Lune Corp. has grown from strength to strength, adding new verticals, employing a diverse workforce, and delivering excellent solutions and exceptional service to clients in the U.S. and abroad.

Mr. Ismail functions as chief executive of De Lune Corp. across its verticals of information technology (IT), health administration services, energy and food trade, distribution and logistics, providing long-term vision and strategic leadership. De Lune IT, the IT arm, is a full-service IT provider with a focus on cybersecurity, enterprise architecture and cloud ops. Its dedicated team of specialists has wide-ranging industry experience and helps clients in the government and private sectors to solve challenges with personalized solutions.

De Lune Health provides customized medical billing solutions that enable practices to shrink AR, adjudicate claims and post accurate payments, ensuring up to 98% collections. It also specializes in collecting on AR that have passed their deadlines. De Lune Energy aims to power progress in the U.S. and the world by leveraging its global network to provide supply fulfillment, energy consultancy and payment management services. De Lune Corp. manages the distribution and logistics of bringing American-grown produce from farmers to wholesalers and retailers.

Mr. Ismail is passionate about corporate social responsibility and considers it a core value of the company. As such, De Lune Corp. is known for continuously engaging with surrounding communities to make a positive impact. Sharing the Love, its flagship community service program, sees De Lune Corp. partner with food banks in the Springfield, Maryland and Washington, D.C., areas to provide nutritious food to food-insecure families. He is also a member of the Prince William and Mount Vernon Springfield Chambers of Commerce.
