Drawing upon over four decades of professional experience, Nanci J. Denney has excelled in a myriad of industries. First serving in the automotive industry for 35 years, she subsequently entered the mortgage industry in 2002. While working with automobiles, Ms. Denney learned several skills that she has diligently applied to her current career efforts. At the inception of her profession in mortgage services, she served at such companies as Countrywide Bank, the W.J. Bradley Company, Residential Mortgage and the Guild Mortgage Company.

As her career progressed, Ms. Denney then served as a senior loan officer at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation and, thereafter, at Citywide Home Loans. Presently, she has thrived as a partner and loan specialist at Motto Mortgage in Edmonds, Washington, since 2021. In her dual roles, she has specialized in conventional and jumbo loans, FHA loans, veteran affairs loans, USDA policies and down payment assistance. Congruent to this endeavor, she has also been a senior loan officer at Loan Depot since 2018.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Denney completed coursework in business at Highline Community College. Also certified as a military housing specialist via the United States of America Cares Military Housing Education Program, she has further lent her time civically to community-based endeavors. To this end, she has been a volunteer with the Windermere Lake Stevens Food Bank and First Charter School and the Marysville Salvation Army.

As a testament to her resounding success in the mortgage industry, Ms. Denney has received numerous accolades. Among them, she was honored with the Five Star Mortgage Professional Award from Seattle Magazine in 2017 and has received the same award every year since then. Ms. Denney attributes much of her success to her caring nature toward her staff and clients. Looking toward the future, she would like to be recognized among the best mortgage professionals in her area, particularly within the customer service sector.
